The RJS Foundation was proud to support Tales in the Park last month, sponsoring storyteller Gav at Burslem Park.
This fantastic series of summer festivals, organised by the National Literacy Trust in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent Libraries and YMCA North Staffordshire, brings stories to life across our city’s parks.
With storytelling, sports, crafts and circus skills, the events inspire children to enjoy reading and encourage families to share stories together all year round. Every child also goes home with a free book.
It was a pleasure for our chair, Abi Brown OBE , to pop along and join in the fun.
We’re delighted to have played a part in such a positive community event that celebrates creativity, learning and togetherness.
